How to become a member
It is easy to join WebMoney Transfer:
1. You can download the program installer from the
WebMoney website – follow one of the links
below or in the left part of this
page.
2. Execute the downloaded installer by double
clicking on it and follow the installation instructions.
3. Launch your WM Keeper Classic by clicking on the
WM Keeper icon in the Start menu. At the first launch you will be offered to
either log in or register with the WebMoney system. Click on registration.
4. First you will be offered to create a complete
path and the names of your WM-purse and secret key files and choose a password.
You must fill all the fields marked by an asterisk and click “Create”.
5. Registration will be completed automatically. The
system will give you your unique WM-ID number (required to log in). Please
write down your ID and your password and back up the secret key file.
6. During the registration the WebMoney system
creates four types of purses for each user: US Dollar (Z-type), Russian Rouble
(R-type), Euro (E-type) and Ukrainian Hryvnias (U-type).
7. After the installation you can launch WM Keeper
Classic from the Start menu. At the start of the program you will see a picture
of an iron safe box with the “Enter” button that you should click. After
clicking “Enter” you will have to enter your WM-ID and password. Wait for your
Keeper to be online. Upon entering the system successfully (if the password is
correct and the system matches the key file to your WM-ID and password) you
will get access to your WM purses and history of your transactions in the
system.

If, for some reason, your PC does not comply with WM
Keeper Classic requirements or it runs WM Keeper Classic too slow, then you
will have to use WM
Keeper Light.
1. In order to begin registration, you should go to :
https://www.wmcert.com.
2. Fill in the registration data and read about
acquiring the WebMoney Transfer personal digital certificate (in the right part
of the registration page).
3. You should make a
copy of
your personal certificate (in a .P12 or .PFX file) immediately after
registration. You should then install your certificate in a
certificate store area
on your computer’s hard drive.
4. Upon successful certificate installation, you can
begin working with WM Keeper Light at
https://light.wmtransfer.com/default.aspx?r=1
by choosing a certificate with your WM-ID.
